40th Ward Community Meeting

The 40th Ward office will hold a community meeting on Tuesday, November 21st at 6:00pm via Zoom to get input on the proposed redevelopment of 2919 W Lawrence.

Lawrence Gateway is a 5 story mixed-use ground up development with 10,000 SF of retail space and 40 residential dwelling units on top. 32 market rate apartments and 8 affordable apartments (20%). 20 parking spaces including 2 ADA spaces and 4 EV ready spaces. Requested zoning change from C1-2 to C1-3.
